Apparently, Margot has felt even more inclined to have children sooner than later after spending so much time with Ryan Gosling while filming Barbie. The source says that the actor talked a lot about his two daughters while on set, plus his partner Eva would bring their girls to visit sometimes.

“Ryan would talk about his kids all the time when they were filming,” the source explained. “Watching how he and Eva interact with their kids really got the baby pangs going for Margot.”

This is hardly the first time reports have suggested Margot is gearing up to start a family. In July, a similar report claimed the Suicide Squad star has babies on the brain. "It's hard to even imagine carving that time out in schedule, but she's essentially her our boss as she works on movies that are through her own production company - so she can call the shots when the time is right," a source claimed to Closer, the Mirror reports.

"[They’re] in a great place and ready to start a family," the source went on, adding that Margot’s role in Barbie has made her motivated to get the ball rolling.

"[Playing Barbie is] sparking feelings of what life will be like when she has the joy of her own kids running about,” they explained. "Playing a much-loved children's icon has brought back memories of her own childhood, but she avoids putting any pressure on herself about it."

Though she’s often quiet about her personal life, Margot has addressed the speculation around if and when she’ll start a family, but only to express annoyance over the constant speculation over her plans. “It made me really angry,” she told the Times in 2019. “How dare some old guy dictate what I can and can’t do when it comes to motherhood or my own body? Unfortunately, it’s a conversation we’re still having.”

“I got married, and the first question in almost every interview is, ‘Babies? When are you having one?’ I’m so angry that there’s this social contract,” Margot went on. “You’re married, now have a baby. Don’t presume. I’ll do what I’m going to do.”

If one thing is clear, Margot isn’t going to let anyone (including Hollywood) tell her when the time is right to start a family.
