Mila Kunis does not have a long history of boyfriends. In fact, She dated Macaulay Culkin for eight years. The two shared a strong connection and despite the fact that things ended a decade ago, Hollywood Life suggests that Kunis keeps tabs on Culkin, and his happy to see he is doing well these days, with a family of his own.
An insider for Hollywood Life writes, "They had a deep love that Mila will always recognize as something special. She ended it badly, they haven’t talked for years and she isn’t going to reach out to him now. They have moved on, started their families and she can take comfort that he is in a good place."
Don't expect any other amicable gesture from Kunis, as the last thing she wants, according to the insider, is attention from the media.

Speaking alongside Dax Shepard’s podcast, Armchair Expert, Mila Kunis was nothing but honest when assessing her breakup alongside Macaulay Culkin. Kunis admitted she did not do so on amicable terms and a lot of it, may have been due to her youth, being in her 20s.
She said of the situation, “I had a horrible breakup. I had a horrible, horrible, horrible breakup. I messed up. I was an a–hole in my 20s, and I’ll be the first to admit it. And that’s kind of something that took me a long time to come out and be like, ‘Yeah, you know what? I was a d---,’ and accept it. And I own it now.”
Kunis did not go into further detail, though she did say that she didn't like why she did it at the time, and how she went about it.

I thought it was the weirdest thing that I was checking this guy out, and it was somebody I'd known forever."
