Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown recently shed some light about her previous relationship with the famous TikToker Hunter Ecimovic. According to the rumors, Millie was only sixteen years old when she started dating the twenty-year-old Hunter. The rumored ex-couple never confirmed nor denied their supposed relationship; however, there were some sightings of the two being sweet to each other.Numerous photos resurfaced across some social media sites where the rumored couple was hugging and kissing each other. The images were allegedly taken in 2020 when the couple was still together. The legal age of consent where Hunter is residing is 18 years old, which obviously sparked extreme backlash online since Millie was only sixteen when the pair allegedly got together.

In an interview with Allure Magazine, the Stranger Things actress admitted that she feels like her supposed relationship with the TikTok star is an unhealthy situation. She revealed that she had difficulty leaving the said relationship, and it took all of her strength to walk away finally. She left Hunter Ecimovic on January 2021 and never looked back.
Millie confessed that she felt vulnerable at the time, but she kept mum about her situation, and no one on the series set knew what she was going through. She added that she felt great that she could deal with it herself and became a better and stronger person after the relationship. However, it became more complicated when the news of their alleged relationship came out.
The TikTok star was the one who revealed confidential information about their relationship and made damaging claims about the actress. Millie also said it took her about a year of healing, and dealing with public humiliation was hard. For a time, she felt weak and damaged; however, she realized that walking away was for the better and that she felt empowered, knowing that Hunter did not take anything from her.
The actress who cut social media out of her life also admitted that she had some residual trauma from the relationship. However, she used her emotional baggage and converted them into an exceptional performance as Eleven in the fourth season of Stranger Things. She wanted to use her fame and career to educate young girls to help them steer clear of the situation she used to be in.
TikTok Star Hunter Ecimovic Claims He Has Nothing To Apologize For
During one of Hunter's Instagram live last year, people were commenting about Millie, and he started by saying that he is not digging his own grave since, technically, everything he did is legal. Then, he added that their relationship was consensual and everyone around them approved of their relationship. Another commenter said that he was a groomer since he was an adult who dated a kid, to which he replied by saying that he knows and that he groomed it.
Hunter then claimed that the hate train was just a trend these days and everyone seems to follow hating him because it is what everyone is doing. He thinks that people hate him just by seeing a few pictures of them together. He also claims that people have no idea what happened between them, then reiterates that he will never apologize as he has nothing to apologize for.
Hunter's sister swooped in during the Instagram live, telling everyone that their age at the time of their relationship was irrelevant since it was Millie who was deeply in love with Hunter. She added that the actress who is currently dating Jon Bon Jovi's son, used to be obsessed with Hunter. The TikTok star then said that the parents of the actress approved of their relationship and seemed to have no problem with it.
He claimed that he lived at Millie's house for eight months and believed that her parents knew everything.
The Instagram Livestream of the social media personality gained attention from the public and resulted in a severe backlash online. The people were disgusted that he admitted to grooming Millie but refused to believe that he had done something wrong. He later apologized for his statements and said he was sorry for everything. However, they were not his proudest moment, and he sounded immature, which resulted in his family and friends looking horrible.

Hunter Ecimovic used to model for major brands like American Eagle and even modeled for some underwear brands and fashion products. It was reported that he accumulated a massive net worth of $1.5 million through his brand endorsements and TikTok videos.
Although it made him millions, he is not included in the list of TikTok stars who have made it to Hollywood. Immediately after the severe backlash online, Hunter Ecimovic deleted his accounts across all social media platforms on July 2021.
Numerous websites claim that Hunter has deactivated his social media accounts, He used to have millions of followers on TikTok, where he posted videos of him lip-synching to some TikTok hit songs, is now nowhere to be found online. At the moment, it is still unclear whether he'd be back on the platform or will stay out of it for good.
