2019 was a significant year for the career of Natalie Morales. The actress was making the rounds in March, appearing on late night talk shows. In fact, her appearance on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon was her first late night talk show ever that year. The interview is available to watch on YouTube.
Shortly after, just a couple of days later, Morales appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers. It seems like this particular interview caused quite a stir. Morales had fans buzzing over her outfit of choice.
Surprisingly, the interview can't be found online, as it was pulled down on the NBC website. In addition, it isn't on YouTube either, given the amount of inappropriate comments at the time.
“What happened to the center of Natalie Morales’ shirt,” one user wrote. “Did she get it caught on something coming out on stage?”
Other fans went as far as to credit Seth Meyers for his 'eye contact.'

Morales did comment on Twitter back in 2019. Once again, it seems like the tweet was removed. Morales really could not understand what all the fuss was about.
“Apparently people are making a big deal out of cleavage like breasts haven’t been around since the actual beginning of human kind,” she tweeted. “Get a LIFE. It’s a body part. A great one, but so are eyes and arms and fingers. I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR MUMMY ISSUES I GOT SHOW TO PROMOTE."
Fans also had Morales' back after the tweet was issued.

Speaking alongside Shondaland, Morales discussed how she personalized her Grey's Anatomy guest role. According to the actress, the role really came out of nowhere, and was expecting such an offer. She never played the role of a doctor before, which only added to the excitement creatively.
“[Guesting on Grey’s] totally came out of the blue for me,” Morales tells Shondaland. “It’s just such a legendary show, so when the offer came in, I was like, ‘This is so cool!’ And despite all the [characters] I’ve done, I’d never played a doctor before.”
Morales added that although she didn't do much research prior, she was more than prepared for the role.
"I honestly did not have any time to do that. But luckily, the medical advisers on Grey’s are so awesome. I did ask [executive producer and medical adviser] Linda Klein a ton of questions, and she made me feel good about not looking like a dope. And it’s not only about making sure I’m saying all the medical jargon correctly and actually understanding what I’m talking about, but also that I got the physicality of a doctor right."
She continues, "Like, what does a doctor do when they walk into a room? Do they shake people’s hands? Do they use hand sanitizer? I wanted to make sure that what I was doing and saying both made it feel real and lived in, that any doctor watching the show would immediately recognize it in a behavioral sense."
A great career moment for Morales, who continues to enjoy success.
