Shows like New Girl don’t come around often and when they do, fans hold on tightly! New Girl is an incredible show starring the likes of Zooey Deschanel, Jake Johnson, Hannah Simone, Max Greenfield, and Damon Wayans Jr. It also stars Lamorne Morris, Nasim Pedrad, and Megan Fox. The characters in New Girl are amazing. The show would not be the same without everything these characters brings to the table!
New Girl is obviously an awesome show because it was able to last for seven seasons. Shows usually get canceled after the first season if they are not doing well… This show ran from 2011 to 2018 and only kept getting better. The finale was one of the sweetest episodes to see. 12 Sam– Acted Too High And Mighty
The most annoying character on New Girl would have to be Sam. He acted too high and mighty when he found out about Jess and Nick. In reality, he is the one who rejected Jess in the first place by telling her that he wasn’t ready to be in a relationship when she genuinely wanted to be in a relationship with him from the very start!
11 Sadie– Cool But Sometimes Obnoxious
Sadie is an awesome friend to Jess & Cece and she is very cool, but she can sometimes be quite obnoxious. She is one of those characters that can be a little bit too loud and nosy. We still love her as a character and she is still definitely one of the more pleasant characters in the show despite her occasional obnoxiousness.
10 Reagan– Down To Earth But Unable To Express Her Feelings
Reagan came onto the show while Jess was away on jury duty. One of the positive things we noticed about her is the fact that she is very down to earth. One of the negative things we noticed about her is the fact that she is unable to express her feelings. Unfortunately, it was really hard for Reagan to open up emotionally to Nick when they were a couple.
9 Paul– He Was A Nice Boyfriend To Jess
Paul was actually a really nice boyfriend to Jess! If he was more of a main character, he would’ve been ranked higher on our list because we didn’t really find him to be too annoying. Sometimes he came off as being a bit immature but for the most part, he was actually a very likable guy and he treated Jess with a lot of respect when they were together.
8 Robby– Adorably Dorky Fellow
Robby is an adorably dorky fellow who only revealed himself to be slightly annoying in the episode where we found out that he was related to Jess. They were equally annoying during that episode because they found out that they had way too many things in common. The fact that they were actually related by blood made the situation beyond creepy… But also kind of hilarious.
7 Coach– Hilarious And Willing To Change For The Better
Coach is one of the most hilarious characters on New Girl and we like the fact he was willing to change for the better. He was someone who liked to hook up with different women, but towards the end, he realized that he wanted to settle down with someone who actually meant a lot to him. It was nice to see his character growth when he returned to the show in season 3.
6 Aly– Mature, Responsible, And Trustworthy
Aly ranked in the sixth place on this list because she is so mature, responsible, and trustworthy. She made Winston a very happy man and because of that, we are major fans of her! She was introduced as Winston’s police coworker and she ended up entering a loving & romantic relationship with him, which was the cutest thing to see.
5 Nick– Beyond Loyal To His Friends
Nick lands in fifth place because he’s beyond loyal to his friends. He might not be the best roommate since he pays bills late and refuses to pitch in for legitimate repairs, but that doesn’t take away from how awesome of a friend he is! It is super easy to get along with someone like Nick.
4 Cece– Supportive Of Her Friends And Really Beautiful
Cece is very supportive of her friends and really beautiful. Cece is known for being a model and a bartender! Outside of what she does for work, she is a genuinely good friend and an awesome wife to her husband as well. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a friend. One of the coolest things about her is the fact that even though she knows she’s beautiful, she doesn’t get a big head about it or act as too cocky.
3 Jess– Quirky, Eccentric, And Child-Like
Jess lands in third place because she’s quirky, eccentric, and childlike. She sometimes acts a little too immature, but for the most part, she is super awesome. She is the type of person people see as a true friend, because deep down– no matter what– she will always do whatever it takes to make sure her friends are okay. Plus, just about anyone would be grateful to have her as a teacher in an academic setting or classroom.
