Olivia Flowers made her Southern Charm debut in Season 8, where she was Austen Kroll's love interest. However, by the following season, the couple were over, and a bombshell was thrown Olivia's way when she learned her best friend and co-star Taylor Ann Green had hooked up with Austen.
Season 9 followed the aftermath of Taylor and Austen's betrayal and Olivia's decision to no longer be friends with Taylor. Olivia did move on with castmate Rod Razavi, but that was short-lived.
With Season 10 premiering in December, fans were shocked to learn that Olivia was fired, since Austen's love triangle was a main storyline in Season 9. Fans wanted to see more of the California-native and so did she. So, what's Olivia been up to since getting the boot from Southern Charm?

Olivia Flowers Got Engaged To Alex Williams
Olivia Flowers joined the cast of Southern Charm Season 8 as Austen Kroll's "girlfriend," but it would be one of his more complicated romances. That season, Austen didn't want to define the relationship, but after a cast trip to Auldbrass Plantation, Austen backtracked on his comments, telling Olivia that he wanted them to be exclusive. Going forward, the pair never did call one another boyfriend or girlfriend, and they ultimately decided to end their so-called relationship before the Season 8 reunion.
In Season 9, Olivia navigates a different kind of relationship. This time, she had learned that her best friend, Taylor Ann Green, kissed Austen in a moment of weakness after her split from Shep Rose. The news totally blindsided Olivia, and she decided to cut ties with Taylor for betraying her. However, the season also saw Olivia seeing if she and newcomer Rod Razavi had any potential. They shared a kiss during a date, but that's as far as it went.
In May, Olivia hard launched her relationship with Alex Williams on Instagram. The reality star shared that she had met Alex at a wedding a year prior.
"After arriving late to a wedding (& tripping up the church stairs) I was met by a handsome usher to take me to my seat. Later, that same usher asked my date (my dad) if he could dance with me… A year later and we’re still dancing 🪩(and tripping up stairs). Cheers to stage 5 clinging"
After a year of dating, Alex proposed to Olivia at the JW Marriot Essex House in New York City. Olivia shared the photos of her engagement on Instagram and a video in which her parents, family and friends surprised her. The pair's engagement news was also featured in People Magazine.
"Alex said, 'Olivia Barbara Ellen Flowers. You're the girl of my dreams. Became the love of my life. And I’d like to ask will you marry me?'"
Speaking to People, Olivia and Alex, who live in Dallas, Texas, admitted that there might have been a small chance she and her fiancé had crossed paths when they were younger. (Olivia is originally from Dallas).
"Dallas has always been a happy place to my family and I, my brother and I lived our high school years here and have very close friends here so to have a celebration there with our people colliding was so incredible," the Southern Charm alum said, adding that both her parents and Alex's parents are members of the same country club.
"It's so wild to think Alex and I were in the same places growing up but never crossed paths!"

Olivia Created Her Own Webseries Starring Other Bravolebrities
Olivia may no longer be on Southern Charm, but she does keep in contact with her Bravo family. Over on her Instagram, Olivia announced that she had been working on a webseries called Off-Season, in which fans get an inside look at what some of their favorite Bravolebrities do when they aren't filming.
Premiering on November 21, the webseries sees Vanderpump Rules stars Scheana Shay, James Kennedy, and his girlfriend Ally Lewber, and Southern Charm alum Kathryn Dennis taking part in the series. In the snippet of what fan can expect, we see Scheana talking to Olivia about her firing, and asking Kathryn,"If you could go back, knowing what you know now, and go do those earlier seasons..."
In her comment section, Olivia's followers loved the idea of speaking to other Bravo stars about life off camera. "Omg the series I needed and didn’t know I needed," a follower wrote. "So smart, bravo is becoming way over produced. And I don’t like they highlight people being torn apart for good TV," another person said.

The newest member to the Southern Charm friend group has been on reality TV a few times.
Working behind the camera is something that Olivia had been doing before she starred in Southern Charm. After graduating from Clemson University, she believed she could get straight into acting, but knew it would be harder than she thought. So, she found a job as a production assistant and "loved it." She even worked on USA Network's Colony and VH1's Hit the Floor.
Speaking on the Charleston Marketing podcast, Olivia shared, "I was happy to get people's coffee and breakfast all day if it meant I got to be on set. I just stood behind the director and video village and would just—I was the worst production assistant. Unless someone came up to me and needed something, my eyes were just glued on that whole process, and I loved it."
After moving from Los Angeles, to Atlana and back to L.A., Olivia shared that she worked "as an assistant to an on-set acting coach," and knew from there that instead of being in front of the camera she "realized I wanted to be behind [the] camera."
Olivia Was Blindsided By Her Firing From Southern Charm
In July, Olivia joined Scheana Shay on her Scheananigans podcast where she revealed that she had no idea she would be getting the boot from Southern Charm. Olivia was at the center of the drama that played out in Season 9, in which Austen found herself in a love triangle between her and Taylor.
According to Olivia, she received a phone call from production in which they felt that she was no longer hanging around Charleston anymore after she had begun to date her now-fiance, Alex, and was in Dallas. Still, that didn't mean Olivia couldn't travel back for filming.
"I got the call. The production company was just like, 'You don't really seem to be in Charleston that much. We're noticing on your Instagram you're in Texas, you've got this new boyfriend, and it just seems like you're choosing a different path."
The alum was also upset that she couldn't share more of her personal story. "I wanted to have another season to get to be more me, you know, last season was very heavy and I was honestly just trying to keep my head above water, and I was looking forward to having another one. I was super bummed about it."
Despite Olivia not making a return, Season 10 looks promising with the addition of three new castmates. The series will premiere on Bravo on December 5.
