Paige DeSorbo walked into the Hamptons house in Season 3 and caught the eye of Carl Radke. During the summer of 2018, the two would often hook up aka makeout in the kitchen pantry, but that was the extent of it. As the season progressed, Paige and Carl developed feelings for one another, but Carl never made an effort to see her when they were back home on the weekdays. Paige refused to be Carl's weekend fling.
By the middle of the season, the pair had decided that they just didn't work and remained friends.

That same summer, Paige had a short fling with a man named Justin. He was never shown on camera and even when he didn't show up to an event, Paige gave him another shot. She would party with him in the Hamptons and even slept on his family's yacht. However, it was short-lived.
3 Paige Came Into Season 4 Of Summer House Dating Perry Rahbar
2019–October 2020
When Season 4 of Summer House aired, Paige was dating a man named Perry Rahbar for two months. He was shown on camera when he and Paige were back home in the city, but he never made it to the Hamptons house. Paige would often sneak away from house parties to FaceTime Perry, and she even saw a real future with him despite their age gap.
Perry seemed very committed to Paige, even buying her a Cartier ring. And, although Paige saw Perry as the man she'd marry, she was worried about Perry wanting to move too quickly as he was 10 years older than her. By Season 5 of Summer House, Paige wasn't happy, and they split in October 2020.
In an interview with People, Paige spilled on their breakup:
"I just knew in the pit of my stomach that I didn't feel the best about myself. I didn't feel ready to take on certain things that I know that he is so ready for."
She added, "He's 10 years older than me, so much smarter, so much more accomplished, just more mature. And I never wanted to let him down. So I just felt like maybe this isn't our right time."

2 Paige Had A Short-Lived Fling With Winter House Season 1's Andrea Denver

The Hamptons gang traveled to Stowe, Vermont, where they starred in the Summer House spinoff Winter House. The first season aired in October 2021, although it was filmed earlier that year. The group welcomed new house guest Andrea Denver, who quickly connected with Paige.
Interestingly, her now ex-boyfriend, Southern Charm's Craig Conover, would also join the cast, but he was in a relationship with Natalie Hegnauer.

In an interview with ET, Paige shared that her relationship with Andrea continued after Season 1 of Winter House, but quickly fizzled when she didn't want to be exclusive. "...And I just knew I wasn't 100 percent in it, and the last thing I would want to do is commit to something that I knew my heart wasn't 100 percent in. So, I kind of turned him down saying, 'I want to stay single.'"
Although Paige and Andrea do flirt with one another in Season 6 of Summer House, she and Craig end up getting much closer.

1 Paige And Craig Conover Enter Winter House Season 2 As A Couple
October 2021-November/December 2024
Things began to spark between Paige and Craig in April 2021, with the former revealing in an interview with ET that they shared a kiss when she visited Charleston, South Carolina with her brother. Paige went Instagram official with Craig in December 2021, and Season 2 of Winter House showcased them as an official couple when they entered the house together.
Paige and Craig struggled with their long-distance relationship as Paige remained in New York and Craig established his Sewing Down South business in Charleston. In the summer of 2022, the lawyer told Page Six, "You know, long-distance is working for us," he said. "We're fortunate that we're on the East Coast, so it's only an hour flight, but it is getting harder and harder."
In February 2023, while speaking to People, Paige seemed adamant that she didn't see her life down south. "I love living in New York. I love going to the Hamptons on the weekends. He's very supportive of that. I really do love my life the way it is."
It was apparent that Craig was ready to settle down. As Season 10 of Southern Charm showed, Craig was ready to propose to Paige. Unfortunately, Paige announced on a December 2024 episode of her Giggly Squad podcast that the two had called it quits after three years together. She later detailed that she and Craig broke up on Thanksgiving weekend. However, Craig didn't see it that way.
