Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Charles are reportedly chipping in to help Andrew pay off his supposedly hefty $10m sexual assault settlement fee.

Although Andrew strongly rebukes Virginia Giuffre’s claim that he molested her on multiple occasions when she was just 17, he was happy to bend to her wishes and offer her generous compensation in order to prevent the case from going to trial, an event which speculation suggests would have unleashed a rather large barrel of sordid secrets.

Prince Charles Is Believed To Be Loaning Andrew Up To $9m

It's believed that Charles is offering his younger brother an eye-watering $9m loan from his private savings to cover the majority of his debts, a number which the British public have been assured won’t be salvaged from their tax payments.

The money Andrew will be receiving from his mother the Queen will allegedly come out of what he is owed in her will, so, technically, he is simply receiving an advanced payment. As of yet, the amount has not been disclosed.

A source divulged to The Sun that Andrew plans to repay his brother Charles’ generosity by dipping into his earnings from the sale of his and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson’s $23m Swiss chalet. “Once it (money from the chalet) hits his bank account, he can pay back his brother and whoever else has lent him money.”

“But that payment (to Virginia) has to be paid on time. He can’t rely on selling the chalet. Too many things can go wrong and the court won’t wait for property queries.”

Another insider then added “He has no income or money to repay a bank loan so the family is the only way to guarantee the payment.”

Andrew settled his lawsuit with Giuffre in February of this year. An official statement released following the agreement read “Virginia Giuffre and Prince Andrew have reached an out-of-court settlement. The parties will file a stipulated dismissal upon Ms. Giuffre’s receipt of the settlement (the sum of which is not being disclosed).”

“Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights.”

“Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s character, and he accepted that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks.”

“Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms. Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others.”

“He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims.”
