Cameras followed quite a lot of RHOC star Shannon Beador's divorce, as Shannon talked about the process, and Noella Bergener is also talking about how tough her situation is. Noella is a mom of two kids: her son James Jr and her daughter Coco, who she shares with an ex.
Noella Bergener shared her divorce is moving slowly and according to People, Noella said, "wrap this thing up."
Noella also said that her ex James says that she's not allowing him to spend time with their child and that's totally false. Noella explained, "All that can be disproved because he's the one who signed up for this show, who filmed for this show, who signed releases for the show so all that's like boy, bye stuff. But that he's saying that I've held him up from seeing his son for, we're going on month six now, that's just absolutely absurd and that's you know, see your kid! Get on a plane."
It looks like things between Noella and James have gotten pretty tense as he has allowed her to use "one singular credit card" as Noella explained. According to Page Six, Noella said that James would be able to cut off all of her money and that would be tough. Noella said that "He's not paid rent" and "We’re currently squatting in our 10,000-square-foot mansion, which is very eerie.”
About a week ago, Noella shared an Instagram post that was very serious and shared more about the situation, making it clear that she and James aren't getting along anymore and that she is very worried about money. It sounds like things have been difficult for several months now.
Noella began by writing, "At least we’re on the same page about this. James and I arrived at an agreement in mediation in September. What his attorney has failed to address is that it’s December 30th and he has still not signed it."
Noella said that he doesn't have access to PayPal and Venmo and that James keeps saying that he's going to sue her. Noella also said that while she keeps trying to show James videos and pictures of their child, James hasn't visited him. Noella said that she wanted James to sign the meditation agreement so she could move on and said, "Let me go. Stop controlling me with money."
James has also been talking about the divorce on his Instagram account. He posted several videos and says that he wanted to share his story. According to James, Noella was all about starring on RHOC and she "changed." Noella has said that James wanted to be on the show and it was his choice.
Noella Bergener Is Dating Again

Fans should know that Noella is dating someone. When interviewed by Us Weekly's "Getting Real with the Housewives" podcast, Noella said, “It’s just slow. It’s very, very fresh. So, who knows. At the end of the day, I have an amazing friend, but right now, we’re friends who kiss.”
Noella also explained of her new partner, "There’s somebody that I have known for years. He knew me married and knew my husband. That’s not weird at all, but we just have a lot of love and respect for each other. He was one of those that just constantly checked in on me. Like, the moment James left, just like, ‘How are you? Did you need anything? Do the kids need anything?’ Like, one of those.”
