Real Housewife Of New Jersey star Teresa Guidice had to laugh off an embarrassing photoshop fail when she posted an obviously fake photo with Larsa Pippen.
“Loving all the comments lol,” Teresa wrote alongside a heart and laughing crying emoji. The original saw the two housewives in swimsuits photoshopped in front of a beach backdrop. Although the photo was posted by Teresa to honor Larsa's birthday, fans were quick to point out that the outline of their bodies seemed to be cut out of a different photo and placed on a stock image of a beach.
Teresa later reposted several fan-edited copies of the photo which saw the Real Housewives of New Jersey star and the Real Housewives of Miami star in front of the Great Pyramid in Egypt, in London and inside Dorinda Medley’s Bluestone Manor. In July 2023, Teresa was called out for using heavy filters on her photos and making herself look unrecognizable.
However, Teresa is not the first housewife to catch heat online for photoshopping her content.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann's Controversial Photoshopping Of Her Daughters
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann was criticized in 2018 for photoshopping her then-four-year-old daughter Kaia and giving her the appearance of having a bigger bottom.
The criticism came when the star posted photos of her 4-year-old twins, Kaia Biermann and Kane Biermann, smiling at each other and hugging. Some observant followers noticed that Kim's older daughter Brielle Biermann, shared a similar photo, with Kaia's body looking very different.
The images in question show Kaia wearing a red and white gingham crop top and cutoff shorts while standing next to her twin brother, Kane. The photos posted by Kim and Brielle were identical minus the shape of Kaia's nose and bottom.

Earlier that same year, businessman and singer Kim was also criticized for posting an edited portrait of her daughter Ariana as a small child. The website Babe found a picture of the full portrait that Kim shared in 2016 and compared the two images, claiming Ariana's lips were edited to make them look bigger in the Instagram post.
It's not just her family she has been accused of photoshopping, Kim has also been caught photoshopping herself. Fans called her out for editing a photo of herself wearing an orange swimsuit. She explained that her recent surgery had been due to a hernia and not to alter her waist size.

Kyle Richards And The Blurred Arm
Kyle Richards was mocked for her terrible Photoshop skills, when a photo which she posted in 2023 appeared to have a blurred arm.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared an image posing alongside Hermés executive Michael Coste in Paris. In the snap, Kyle’s arm and the sleeve of her cream-colored shirt are blurred. People believed this was because the editing software struggled to differentiate between the color of Kyle's skin, her beige top and the beige background.
Kyle later posted a correct version of the image that did not have the blurred arm. She later addressed the editing mishap but downplayed it.
