The Best Reality TV Showmances Who Are Still Together

Being on a reality TV show doesn't often bode well for couples. In fact, the long-running reality shows The Bachelor and The Bachelorette currently have only 10 couples who are still with the person they chose at the end. That's an incredibly low statistic, but hoping the latest Bachelor, Grant Ellis, changes that.

Even Bravo's hit franchise The Real Housewives has seen several divorces play out on screen. Some have even stated that the series is cursed with Season 14 of RHOBH showcasing both Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley navigating their separations from their spouses.

With so many reality TV relationships failing over the years, fans are holding out for hope that the ones that are still together make it to the very end.

8 Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi And Jionni LaValle

Jersey Shore viewers will remember Nicole "Snooki" Poloizzi first meeting Jionni LaValle in Season 3 when the two met at Karma nightclub. The pair had hooked up but Nicole was too inebriated to even remember his name. Two years later, the pair announced that they were expecting their first child. They welcomed their first son, Lorenzo, in August 2012.

In November 2014, Nicole and Jionni tied the knot in New Jersey and welcomed two more children. In 2023, Nicole told Us Weekly that the secret to their long-lasting marriage is having a "smush room."

"Honestly, cuz I have three kids. It's really hard. I make sure we actually have a smush room and it's so stupid to say, but, like, it actually is a smush room," she said.

7 Heidi Montag And Spencer Pratt

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were labeled reality TV villains when they starred on MTV's The Hills, and many people didn't think their relationship would last. After meeting back in 2006, getting married two years later, and welcoming two children, they've continued to have a happy marriage.

When they lost their home to the 2025 California wildfires, Spencer hopped on social media to plead with his fans to stream Heidi's 2010 album Superficial as a way for the couple to make money to rebuild their home. With Spencer's relentless support for his wife and using TikTok to make a living, her over-10-year record soared to the No. 1 spot on iTunes.

"For us to be able to feel people really come together and support us and our family, and to kind of burn off, literally, that shell and that stigma that we had for so many years, it’s nice that people can finally see through that and see that there was always a love story," Spencer told Billboard.

6 Kandi Burruss And Todd Tucker

So, not every marriage has been caught in the Real Housewives divorce curse. One example of that is The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker. Kandi first met Todd in 2011 while he was working on the production side of the Bravo show. Three years later, Kandi and Todd got married and welcomed two children.

Speaking about her wedding day, Kandi gushed to inTouch Weekly, "This is one of the best days of my life! I never imagined that I would marry my best friend. Todd's been that to me. "And to have just had the wedding of my dreams, it's all been so beautiful. Now it's time to party!"

In April 2024, the Real Housewives star celebrated the couple's 10-year wedding anniversary. In an Instagram post, Kandi wrote:

5 Sean Lowe And Catherine Giudici

The Bachelor has nearly 30 seasons under its belt, but the number of couples who are still together is staggeringly low. One couple that managed to find everlasting love on the reality TV show is Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici. Sean was the Bachelor for Season 17, which aired in 2013. He chose to give his final rose and propose to Catherine, a graphic designer.

Still married today, the couple are parents to three children named Samuel, Isaiah, and Mia. In January, Sean celebrated their 11-year wedding anniversary with a photo of the two on their wedding day and a second photo that showed their family of five. "Celebrating eleven years with the best thing that’s ever happened to me," he captioned his Instagram post.

4 Lauren Speed And Cameron Hamilton

Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton met in the pods in the first-ever season of Love Is Blind, which took place in Atlanta. Without knowing what one another looked like, just five days later, the pair finally got to see one another at their engagement. Their love proved strong, and they wed less than two months after they first met on the show in 2018. (Season 1 of LIB premiered in 2020).

Speaking to People, Cameron spoke about their instant connection. "At a certain point, I had no more doubts about that this was the person I was going to spend the rest of my life with, because we were able to delve so deep in our conversations, and in a way that I think neither of us had before."

"I think it's a testament to the fact that when you find the right person you can just kind of know, and it doesn't take a ton of time to know that."

Cameron and Lauren continue to go strong, remaining the ultimate example of a true reality TV showmance.

3 Joey Graziadei And Kelsey Anderson

Joey Graziadei was Season 28's The Bachelor and proposed to contestant Kelsey Anderson in the finale. The couple had yet to set a wedding date, but they gave a lot of hope to Bachelor Nation fans, who were doubting that the show would find a true love story. Before Joey's season aired, Season 21's The Bachelorette Jenn Tran was blindsided by her fiancé, Devin Strader, calling off their engagement.

For Valentine's Day this February, Joey paid tribute to his fiancée in a very touching Instagram post.

Chip and Joanna Gaines have been married for over 20 years and launched their incredibly successful home renovation show Fixer Upper, which ran from 2013-2018. The couple welcomed five children—Drake, Ella, Duke, Emmie, and Crew. Thanks to their popularity, the couple built their Magnolia empire, which consists of their own television network, books, stores, and rental properties.

Interestingly, Joanna told People that she and Chip weren't a "match made in heaven" and the complete opposite, despite being married for quite some time. "But when we mixed our personalities together, it created a spark," she added.
