One of the things fans love about Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is Dorit Kemsley's friendship with newcomer, Bozoma Saint John. Many admire how the latter defends her friend amid her strained friendship with Kyle Richards. Viewers credit Boz's corporate background for her emotional intelligence.
As Sutton Stracke said, the new reality TV star is "the real deal" when it comes to girl-bossing. Boz's decision to join RHOBH was even frowned upon by her executive peers. Here's a closer look at her impressive career, which has earned her a massive net worth.
Bozoma Saint John Has An Estimated Net Worth Of $30 Million
Bozoma Is The Third-Richest Main Cast Member Of RHOBH Season 14
Boz has amassed an estimated net worth of $30 million from her career as a marketing executive. That makes her third among the richest diamond holders of Season 14. Kyle Richards is in the top spot with $100 million, which she shares with her prenup-less estranged marriage to Mauricio Umansky.

An Inside Look At Dorit Kemsley And Sutton Stracke's Years-Long Feud On RHOBH
Why have The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Dorit Kemsley and Sutton Stracke never seen eye to eye?
For second place, Sutton's $50 million is tied with Dorit, who's accused of being secretly broke with her husband PK. While most housewives share or have built their fortune from their husbands, Boz already had an established career when she married the late Peter Saint John in 2003.
Bozoma and her late husband have a daughter, Lael Saint John (born on May 29, 2009).
But Boz was inspired to reach higher heights after her husband passed away from cancer in December 2013. "Yes, I had been at PepsiCo for 10 years when Peter died, but I knew I couldn't spend another 10 years there and be in the middle," she told Forbes in September 2024.

After graduating from Wesleyan University with a degree in African-American Studies and English in 1999, Boz moved to New York and couch-surfed before making it into the marketing industry. She started by working for ad agencies like Arnold Worldwide and Spike Lee's Spike DDB.
Boz was born in Connecticut but as a child, her family moved to Ghana, Kenya, and Washington, D.C. before settling in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
She was able to make her way up in Spike DDB after offering to make notes on the filmmaker's script. "I got the call that Spike Lee needed somebody to answer the phones [at his marketing firm, DDB]," she recalled.
"When I saw [Spike] walking with his manuscript for [Bamboozled] under his arm, it was really curiosity that made me ask him if I could read it," Boz continued.
She then became a Senior Account Executive at Spike DDB, managing accounts like Pepsi. In 2000, Boz pitched Beyoncé to the company, leading to her 2013 Super Bowl halftime performance. By 2005, she became PepsiCo's Senior Marketing Manager. She went on to work for other big companies, like Apple, Uber, and Netflix.

Despite her corporate peers' advice against joining RHOBH, Boz told The Hollywood Reporter her reaction was: "It's so funny to me, and I would say, 'But y'all act like you behave differently in the boardroom than these women behave on TV.'"
When asked why she decided to pivot to reality TV, the entrepreneur explained to Glamour that she's "turned a corner in my life where I am doing things that are for 'brand Boz,' not for brand Netflix, not for brand Apple, not for brand Uber."
