Fans of the Netflix reality television/real estate show Selling Sunset were certainly thrilled when they were watching the reunion of season five when the trailer for the show's spin-off Selling the OC dropped. Even the cast members of Selling Sunset were visibly shocked at all the drama that was shown in the trailer — and this certainly means something as the ladies of the original Netflix hit are certainly no strangers to drama.
Today, we're taking a closer look at just who the team members of The Oppenheim Group's branch in Newport Beach are. A big difference from the team in West Hollywood is that the team in the OC also has male real estate agents. 11 Lauren Brito
Kicking the list off is Lauren Brito who has lived in Orange County for over a decade. Brito has been a real estate agent since 2017 and according to The Oppenheim Group’s official website, she sold over 150 properties over the years.
10 Gio Helou
Next on the list is Gio Helou who used to work in residential development before becoming a real estate agent. Judging from the show's trailer, it seems as if Helou is ready to prove to everyone that this career change was the right move. Helou was one of the first agents that Jason Oppenheim hired to work for The Oppenheim Group’s OC office.
9 Polly Brindle
As fans of Selling Sunset already know, apart from being good at their job, everyone that Jason Oppenheim hires also seems to be incredibly good-looking. The cast of the spin-off is no different. Prior to getting her real estate license, Polly Brindle was a model working in London, Paris, Milan, and Barcelona. She joined The Oppenheim Group in early 2021.
8 Alexandra Jarvis
Alexandra Jarvis was born in Alabama and besides being a real estate agent, she is also a practicing attorney which certainly comes in handy when trying to negotiate a deal for her clients.
Judging from her Instagram profile, it seems as if Alexandra Jarvis is good friends with Selling Sunset’s newest cast-member, Chelsea Lazkani.
7 Sean Palmieri
Sean Palmieri moved to California in 2018 after already establishing himself as a talented real estate agent in South Florida, where he is originally from. Prior to joining the Oppenheim Group in May 2021, Palmieri also worked for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty and Coldwell Banker.
6 Kayla Cardona
Let's move on to Kayla Cardona who certainly has one of the most impressive real estate careers out of everyone from the new team. Prior to joining The Oppenheim Group, Cardona was an award-winning, top 1 percent agent on Zillow.
5 Brandi Marshall
Brandi Marshall is also a real estate agent who decided to change her career. Marshall has a background in public relations, which certainly comes in handy when it comes to communicating with clients.
In the trailer for the upcoming show, Marshall can be seen saying "The one thing about the tables? They turn" — which undoubtedly means there's going to be plenty of drama.
4 Alexandra Hall
Let's move on to the second Alex in the team — Alexandra Hall. She is one of Orange County’s top-ranking real estate agents, who also has a background in interior design, which certainly gives her an advantage when it comes to staging homes, something realtors often have to deal with.
3 Tyler Stanaland
The third guy in The Oppenheim Group's OC team is Tyler Stanaland. Stanaland might be the one who knows the most about the industry as he is a fifth-generation realtor, and he got his license when he was just 18 years old. Besides working relentlessly on his real estate career, judging from his Instagram profile Stanaland is also a talented surfer.
2 Alexandra Rose
The Oppenheim Group's OC team actually has three Alexandras — the third one being Alexandra Rose. Rose has a background in sales and client services which also means she has plenty of necessary skills that come in handy when being a real estate agent.
