Selling Sunset has been a hit reality series on Netflix for a few years now, as it was a show that people binged over the pandemic. After five successful seasons, Netflix threw a reunion special together with almost the entire cast. Sadly, Christine Quinn and Amanza Smith couldn't attend the special due to being sick with COVID-19, however, Smith made a virtual appearance, while Quinn made no appearance at all.

The special was an hour long and revealed a lot of new details about the cast that we hadn't known before. Some things revealed in the special event left some cast members in disbelief, as well as the viewers at home. 8 Christine Quinn Is No Longer At The Oppenheim Group

When asked if Christine Quinn was still working at the Oppenheim Group, Jason revealed that no, there is not a space for her at the company at this present time. Quinn later revealed on an appearance on Watch What Happens Live that she has started her own brokerage and had been working on doing so the whole time they were filming season 5 of the series, which for some reason they did not show. She confirmed that she is not working with the Oppenheim Group at this time.

7 Maya Vander Wants To Try For Another Baby

For those who don't follow Maya Vander on social media, they may not be aware that the Selling Sunset star suffered a miscarriage late last year at 38 weeks pregnant. She stated that everyone is always joking about how she's always pregnant, but she said that like Stause, she is older and is running out of time to conceive children, so she wants to try once more to have a third child.

6 Chrishell Stause Has A New Love In Her Life

Stause, much to the surprise of Maya Vander, revealed that she has been spending a lot of time with non-binary musician, G Flip. She stated that she is attracted to masculine energy, but she also likes being around good people and according to Stause, G Flip is just the kind of person that she enjoys being around, and she's attracted to that.

5 Jason Oppenheim's Love For Chrishell Is Real

Jason Oppenheim became emotional in front of the cameras for the first time ever when asked if his relationship with Stause was real or if it was just a showmance. "There's a lot of sadness and loss and watching the show made it more difficult. It's been a few months but I'm still just going through stuff," he said. "I think there was a lot of love between us and there still is and I still care about her very much. This was a very, very difficult breakup." Oppenheim couldn't stop crying whenever talking about his failed relationship with Stause, which made it very apparent that his feelings for her were very real.

4 Chrishell Stause Realized There Are Other Ways To Have Children

The reason why Stause and Oppenheim broke up is that Stause wants to become a mother and is running out of time to do that, at the age of 40, and Oppenheim felt that he had too much going on in his professional life to become a father at this current time. She stated that she came to the realization that there are other ways to have children if she indeed wants to start a family with G Flip, such as adoption, surrogacy, etcetera.

3 Chelsea Lazkani Is Not Faking Her Accent

"Everybody thinks I'm faking my accent," the Brit said at the start of the show. "My parents are Nigerian, so I grew up in a household where my parents had an accent. I lived in London for the first ten years of my life, and then I moved to Switzerland. And then I moved to New Jersey, and then I moved to New York, and now I live in Los Angeles. I've been all about the gaff. I'm working on it. This is me, okay?"

2 Amanza Is Not Dating Zac Efron

The host of the reunion jokingly asked if she was at her boyfriend Zac Efron's house while sick with COVID-19, and she said "if that's my boyfriend, that was the fastest developing relationship in history," she said. "I literally met the guy for maybe two minutes. Yeah, definitely not my boyfriend," she confirmed.

1 Romain Bonnet Doesn't Hate Davina Potratz Anymore

Mary Fitzgerald admitted that while watching season 5 with her husband, Romain, she pointed out to him that Davina Potratz had changed, and he agreed with her that she had. "I saw some change. It's not night and day," he admitted. "I think people underestimate Davina," Heather Rae Young said. "Davina's a very loyal, good person." Potratz stated that she and Romain don't talk, and they don't ever see each other in person.
