In a recent interview, Sharon Osbourne admitted that she and her husband Ozzy Osbourne would “beat the sh**” out of each other while discussing her tumultuous marriage with the rock star.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Mail, the former talk show host made the confession, quipping that her fights with the Black Sabbath frontman were “legendary.”
“It stopped, must be, 20 years ago, but we had a good run,” the TV personality continued.
While fans weren’t all that surprised to hear about Osbourne’s fights with her longtime husband, some were still taken aback by the honesty.
The mother of three had made the revelation while discussing upcoming plans to turn her and Ozzy’s life into a biopic, which will reportedly begin taping this spring.
“It's a movie about Ozzy's and my life, how we came together in the early days and our volatile relationship,” she said. “All the fights, all the makeups, all the fights, all the arrests, all the everything. And it's a love story.”
According to the former America’s Got Talent judge, the upcoming flick will be anything but family-friendly as she hopes to bring her life story to the big screen in its most authentic form — which will include all the fights, family drama, and controversies.
“People are going to watch it go, ‘This isn’t allowed. They shouldn't behave that way and put it on film,’ the redhead added. “But [we're] only talking the truth. Some people have volatile relationships and ours was very volatile.”
Back in March, Osbourne was fired from her position as a co-host on the CBS-produced talk show, The Talk, which she had fronted since its first season. A spokesperson later claimed she "left," which the latter denied.
She was let go after defending her longtime pal Piers Morgan’s stance on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, whose interview with Oprah Winfrey he had called disingenuous and untruthful.
