Howie Mandel Also Had A Negative Experience With James Corden
Mandel doesn't like it when people are mad at him. That was the case with himself and James Corden. According to Mandel, Corden wasn't pleased with Mandel's attempt at starting a show that resembled his famous Carpool Karaoke.
Mandel revealed he tried to explain himself and how the concept was different, but never got an answer from Corden despite calling him.
"Someone came to me with an idea of a show. It was basically Cash Cab, but all music questions. So people had to fill in the lyrics. I was booked to be on his show and he canceled me. And would never take my call. I heard from people close to him he was mad I stole his idea. Which it wasn't my idea. I tried to call him, and he would never take the call."
Mandel continued, "You don't have to like me, just take the call and hear me out."
