Southern Charm Season 10, Episode 8 saw Jarrett "JT" Thomas telling Venita Aspen that there was "chemistry" between them, but then ruining it all when he tells her he's seeing another woman. Craig Conover and Austen Kroll meet up, but the former continues to only want to settle business matters with the latter, even offering $30,000 to buy him out of their joint podcast.

It's now midseason, but there is still a lot of drama to unpack. How will JT navigate his friendships after blindsiding his only friend, Venita? Will fans ever see Taylor Ann Green's boyfriend, Gaston Rojas, interact with the cast? Is Sienna aka Miss Bahamas just a Southern Charm stalker? Let's dive into Episode 9.

Bravo host Andy Cohen teased filming of the reunion on February 6th. An official seating chart for the Season 10 reunion sees Craig on Andy's right, along with Madison LeCroy, Venita, Rodrigo Reyes, and Taylor. On the host's left sits Shep Rose, Molly O'Connell, Austen, Salley Carson, JT, and Leva Bonaparte.

Season 10, Episode 9 kicks off with Venita calling Leva Bonaparte the day after her disastrous dinner date with JT. Venita informs Leva that JT has a girlfriend. This was a complete shock to the Republic Garden & Lounge owner, because not only would he continue to flirt with Venita, not once did he disclose that he was dating someone.

"A little piece of my heart shattered," Venita admits in a confessional. She then goes on to state that they are better off as friends, but as fans are well aware, the two did end up dating at some point before JT quit the show midseason.

The next scene sees Madison and her ex-boyfriend-turned-"GBF" (gay best friend), Austen, meeting for lunch, where the two discuss the latter speaking to Craig about missing their friendship. Madison tells Austen that he has the girl, the house, and the job, so he should be happy and let this petty fight go. She also devises a plan in which Austen backs off Craig and plays hard to get—maybe that'll see Craig actually missing Austen. "This is what life is like without me motherf*****," Austen shares.

However, in a confessional, Austen holds out hope that Craig comes running back to him sooner than later: "I use a lot of metaphors with me and Craig's relationship that make it seem like we're dating. But I think that if you love something, you got to set it free and if it's meant to be, than they'll come back to you."

For those who are into oyster shooters, Madison and Austen dined at Ruby Royale, in Charleston, South Carolina.

Paige DeSorbo And Craig Conover Aren't Seeing Eye To Eye

Craig and Paige go on a date to a farm where they meet with an apiarist and put on beekeeping suits to learn about bees. Craig can't have farm animals in Charleston, but he apparently can have bees. Craig admits that being on the farm "is my fantasy," but as the two find themselves surrounded by bees, it's clearly not something Paige was looking forward to, and her "fantasy" definitely doesn't involve bees.

You can take the girl out of New York City, but you can't take New York City out of the girl...

Craig loves to think about his future with Paige, which may even consist of one day living on a farm with chickens, ducks, and goats, but he's not really thinking about what Paige wants. As the two chat about their futures, Paige admits that he puts a lot of pressure on her to start a family.

"Sometimes you make me feel like I'm 75," she tells him. Craig insists that he's happy where they are in their relationship, but admits that sometimes, Paige sends him the wrong message when she calls him her husband, or talks about kids.

The couple end up getting into an argument with Craig stating what he really wants in life. "I just want to be like lovey-dovey and have a family."

The next scene gives fans a glimpse into Molly's modeling career. Molly tries to book as many gigs as she can, but as she states, Charleston isn't exactly known for its high fashion. Molly poses in a pool and looks stunning, and it really takes fans back to her America's Next Top Model days.

The camera then pans over to Shep's house where he FaceTimes his girlfriend, Sienna Evans. The couple continue to navigate a long-distance relationship. Shep shares that the group will be heading to The Bahamas, and he hopes he can get to see her knowing her busy career as a model. While Shep is still head over heels for her, he isn't exactly acknowledging that she sounds very stand-offish. Sienna's red flags are shown yet again in this clip.

Patricia Altschul is having yet another exclusive dinner at her historic Charleston mansion. Those invited include just the men—Craig, Austen, Shep, Ryan Albert, and her son, Whitney Sudler-Smith. They all look dapper in their bow ties, but they're surely in for a dinner filled with gossip.

We also learn that Shep graciously helped Miss Patricia drive for the first time in nearly 40 years in her Rolls-Royce. After nearly hitting a girl with her dog, it's safe to say she could afford to keep a chauffeur.

At dinner, Miss Pat asks Craig if he would ever consider giving Paige "an ultimatum," but Craig shares that he likes where he and Paige are at in their relationship. The Charleston socialite then presses him about proposing to Paige and, shockingly, he admits at the dinner table that he had plans to ask Paige to marry him "at the end of the year."

The pillow maker even revealed that he had Paige pick out her favorite ring—an emerald cut with an elongated cushion.

Austen then asks Craig how he and Paige will figure out their living situation if they go forward with marriage—Craig calls Charleston home, while Paige lives in New York City. Craig gives a very unclear answer, which the men see as a potential red flag.

The conclusion of the episode sees the men then discuss their upcoming trip to The Bahamas where they will be on the lookout for Sienna, as she's known to ghost Shep. In fact, Shep admits he hasn't seen her in over a month.

In a very Thomas Ravenel move, Whitney stands up from his chair after breaking his first chair, and blatantly tells Shep why his relationship with Sienna isn't working, and it's a little harsh.

"I'll tell you exactly where you stand. Not rich enough. Boring. Not famous enough. That's the overriding issue."

After dinner, Whitney reveals to Shep and the rest of the men that Sienna had messaged him on the dating app, Raya, first. Interestingly, it didn't bother Shep as Whitney and Sienna never communicated on the app.

The men are looking forward to their Bahamas trip, but in all honesty, it doesn't look good for Shep.
