In addition, the inevitable question was asked by Colbert, and that was the announcement of Peacock picking an Office follow-up series.

Colbert says, "Speaking of The Office, it has been announced, The Office follow-up gets Peacock series order. It's a spin-off of The Office. But it takes place in mid-west, in some place."

Colbert then continues on and teases that Michael moved to Colorado, which goes through the mid-west. Colbert then asks if Michael Scott will be appearing on the new version of The Office. Stephen then saves Carell from more talk about the spin-off series by going to break.
