Discovering that Sam and Dean were teaming up with the Mystery gang from Scooby Doo was one thing, but watching Ackles and Padalecki give voices to their characters rather than appearing on-screen made it much more real. Realizing that Jensen Ackles will be directing once again is exciting for many fans. Any loyal Supernatural fan knows how much Dean Winchester loves his pie for dessert, so when he shared this photo of pie as pizza on IG, it changed everything. Jensen Ackles posted, "When your menu beings like this... 2 things happen. 1) excitement! 2) this song gets stuck in your head for the next 6 hours."

Fans who have taken the Road So Far over the past 14 seasons know how many conflicts have existed between the angels, demons and Heaven and Hell themselves. That's why it's so charming to see a pic of Gabriel and God not only getting along swimmingly but also sharing a joke. It's jarring enough to see Dean Winchester cracking up on set after watching him smolder for an hour a week, but to see both brothers succumbing to laughter completely ruins everything in the best way. Fans root for Sammy and Dean to have a moment's peace all of the time and moments like these spread hope that it's possible.

It's true: how many times have we seen Sam and Dean bite the dust only to return over and over again, putting every other character who's gone and come back in every other fandom to shame?
