Sydney Sweeney has too many talents to count. Acting, adding to her refined bookshelf, and now restoring her dream car.
The Euphoria star has been giving fans an inside look via TikTok and Instagram to the lengthy body shop process.
Syd's Garage
Sweeney's car-dedicated TikTok in which she revamps a Ford Bronco has already gained over 270,000 followers. According to @syds_garage, she wanted to customize the 1969 classic ride herself.
The first video of the account showcases the cherry red car and the actress figuring out the gears with her dad in the passenger seat. Taking on new and intimidating hobbies is commendable for anyone, let alone a rising star who already has a million projects on her plate.
The second video delivered more specific wording for those who are well-versed in cars, "First day working on the bronco. Took the top off, measured the axels and suspension... Hunting for some vintage parts now!"
Now, everyone's invested. The one question that continues to repeat within Sweeney's comment section is whether or not she'll change the red paint job. She responded to one of the many inquisitors, "I'm really wanting to make it my favorite color blue. What do you think??"
She then kindly responded with another update, "Jk I just found out how much it would cost to change. We keeping it red!"
Repainting The Bronco
For those who are as excited to see the final product as we are, we have more updates. Sweeney responded to another fan that if she were to go forward with painting the Bronco, it would be a cornflower/greyish blue.
She wrote, "For my bday this last September I rented my dream car in my fave color for the day and fell in love. I've always wanted to restore cars myself."
A few weeks away from finishing up the Bronco, she bought another car to restore. It's a Ford '67 Mustang. She already has a taste for American-made cars and named this brand new ride Britney.
Oops, she did it again and we can't wait to see what she does with her next all-blue wheels. According to the upcoming HBO Max star, she needs "to check out the suspension, has a few squeaks. Make the radio Bluetooth, & few minor cosmetic things..."
