In addition to the stage door technical issue on Friday night, Swift also suffered a wardrobe malfunction during Lavender Haze when a sequin from her dress snagged on her jacket making it difficult to take off. However, after a "subtle yank," Swift was able to deal with the wardrobe problem herself.

Of course, there was the trip and fall in April that fans were made aware of after Swift returned to the stage after a costume change with a gash in her hand.
