“Every day, I would run on the treadmill, singing the entire set list out loud,” Taylor said. “Fast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs.”

Taylor also admitted that the water intake wasn't a department that she lacked in. “I have so much water in my dressing room because I drink, like, ten bottles of water a day,” I drink so much water my friends call me an alien.” Hydration is another crucial part for Taylor Swift, which again aids in minimizing the fatigue, and stress.
