On The Challenge, the popular MTV realty series that dates all the way back to the '90s, stars give it their all on in hopes of winning big to grow their reputation and their bank accounts.
While we are used to seeing them focus on themselves and the win, many of them have become parents since competing on the show show and are now focusing all their effort on their little bundles of joy. Here are 10 The Challenge stars who have given birth since appearing on the show.
10 Abram Boise
Abram was an ultimate competitor on the show but he was also known for being a loner who didn't really need a team or help from anyone. Since the show he has focused less on himself and more on his family. He and his partner Rachel Missie welcomes their baby boy in April 2021. Abram seems to be a devoted father and supportive husband.
9 Cory Wharton
Cory is a well-known Challenge competitor and he often talked about his daughter Ryder who was born in 2017 to Cheyenne Floyd. Cory's athletic ability was impressive and while he never won a challenge, he often finished in the top three and made some serious cash during his nine seasons of competition. In 2021, he and his girlfriend Taylor Selfridge welcomed their first child together. They named their daughter Mila and gushed over her on social media.
8 Melinda Stolp
After finishing The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons, Melinda took a break from the show in order to focus on her family. She and husband Matty welcomed a son, Camden in 2019. They also recently announced in February 2021 that they were expecting a daughter later in the year. Sadly, in March she revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage.
7 Theo Campbell
Theo appeared on a couple seasons of The Challenge and also the U.K.s Love Island. He made it to the finals on War of the Worlds but wasn't able to bring home the win. He kept his private life under wraps for the most part but in February 2021, he revealed the birth of his son Arie.
6 Jenn Grijalva
Jenn appeared on several seasons of The Challenge and was known for being a tough girl who didn't catch feelings easily or put of with anyone's crap. While she loved to party and flirt on the show, she now has a new outlook on life. She recently revealed a softer side of herself after giving birth to her son who she named Thiago Angelo Diaz.
5 Camila Nakagawa
Camila is known for being feisty and being a top Challenge competitor. She often got into arguments with her opponents and sometimes even her own teammates. She was never shy about her short temper and while she tried to control it, it usually got the better of her. Her small size often made her a target, but many underestimated her athleticism and she dominated most events. She delivered her first baby via an emergency C-section. She named her son Kai Aiden and called him the most perfect little human she had ever met.
4 Melissa Reeves
Melissa appeared on three seasons of The Challenge. While she didn't bring home many wins or a lot of money from the show, she always managed to stir things up and cause her fair share of drama. She even got into a physical altercation that caused her to be disqualified from the Opening Challenge. Melissa seems to have calmed down and denounced her wild ways. She brought home her first daughter in the spring of 2020 and is now focused on motherhood.
3 Derrick Kosinski
Derrick was a fan favorite on the show. He often proved that you didn't have to be the biggest to be the best and his tenacity inspired many. He was the winner of The Inferno 3, The Island, and The Ruins. Derrick's first son was born in 2009 and while he continued to compete after his birth, he also started to talk more about his family life and showed the world that he is not only a fierce athlete, but a devoted father as well.
2 Laura Waller
Laura appeared on Real World: St. Thomas and Battle of the Seasons. She was a fearless rookie who wasn't afraid to battle it out with some of the toughest veterans, but she didn't find much success as a competitor. Laura gave birth to her first daughter in 2016 and her seconds in 2019. She says motherhood has changed her life and her perspective and she proudly posts photos of both daughter on social media regularly.
1 Tony Raines
Tony was an amazing competitor who appeared on six seasons for the show. In 2016, he welcomed the birth of his first child with fellow Real World cast member Madison Walls. He often said that he fought to win in order to make a better life for her. His intent to win got even stronger when he welcomed another daughter later the same year with his high school sweetheart Alyssa Giacone.
