Kicking the list off is reality television star Paris Hilton. After news of Hefner's passing was made public, Hilton took to Twitter to express her feelings. "So sad to hear the news about Hugh Hefner. He was a legend, innovator & one of a kind. We had so many fun & incredible memories together. I will miss him dearly. Rest In Peace my friend," Hilton wrote. Throughout the 2000s and early 2010s, Paris Hilton frequently attended numerous parties at the mansion.
7 Kim Kardashian
Another famous reality television star who loved partying at the Playboy Mansion is Kim Kardashian. Together with Paris Hilton, she attended numerous parties, and just like Hilton, she also expressed her grief online after Hefner passed away.
"Paris & I are reminiscing about the Playboy parties at the mansion & how much we love Hef. She’s [sic] texts me the perfect Hef emojis. RIP to the legendary Hugh Hefner! I’m so honored to have been a part of the Playboy team! You will be greatly missed! Love you Hef! Xoxo,” Kardashian shared.
6 Quentin Tarantino
Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino is yet another famous face that could often be spotted partying at the Playboy Mansion. In fact, the director chose the iconic Holmby Hills property for some scenes of his 2019 blockbuster Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. This isn't the first time Tarantino used the Playboy Mansion for work — in April 2004 Hugh Hefner and Quentin Tarantino hosted the Kill Bill Vol. 1 Video Release Party at the property.
5 Jenny McCarthy
Actress Jenny McCarthy is definitely no stranger to the Playboy Mansion. In fact, the Hollywood star used to live in the mansion. In 1993, McCarthy was Playboy's Miss October. Soon after, the actress moved into the mansion for a couple of months, after which she pursued a career in Hollywood. However, she often attended Hefner's infamous parties. "Here I am today, and it's all because of this opportunity that Hef gave me," McCarhy said on The Jenny McCarthy Show.
4 Rob Lowe
After actor Rob Lowe rose to fame in the early '80s thanks to becoming a member of the Brat Pack with roles in movies like The Outsiders, The Hotel New Hampshire, and St. Elmo's Fire, the actor ended up partying at the Playboy Mansion numerous times. In a piece for Esquire, Lowe recalled the first time he partied with Hugh Hefner.
"An invitation to come to the mansion for movie night was a tough ticket to get. You couldn't buy your way in; you couldn't use connections or a publicist or any Hollywood lever pulling. Invitations came directly from Hugh Hefner, and he cast his parties very carefully in those days," Lowe admitted.
3 Lewis Hamilton
Hugh Hefner's parties frequently attracted many successful athletes — one of them was also British racing driver Lewis Hamilton. In 2013, Hamilton partied at the Playboy Mansion with rapper Snoop Dogg. At the time, Hamilton had just broken up with musician Nicole Scherzinger, and it seemed he needed the distraction.

Actress Pamela Anderson is a star who spent a lot of time partying at the Playboy Mansion. In an interview with Piers Morgan, Anderson admitted that the parties would quickly get wild. "Everyone was naked in the grotto and the girls were downstairs, and they all went upstairs," Anderson revealed. "I followed them upstairs. I thought, 'What could be going on up here?' Seven girls, one at a time with Hef. I stood at the end of the bed watching them and then I realized they were watching me. I thought, 'This is not a movie. I need to leave.'"
