Kyle Richards is recognized on the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles' list of “First Families” who have donated more than $100,000 to the foundation. She has hosted fundraiser events for CHLA and said, "I've been working with Children's Hospital for years now, and it's the charity that's nearest and dearest to my heart." She also supports the GOOD+ Foundation, Ovarian Cancer Research Fund, The Trevor Project, and donated $25k to My Hand In Yours.
9 Dolores Catania, The Real Housewives of New Jersey
Dolores Catania partnered with St. Joseph’s University Medical Center to help gather donations from friends, family, and colleagues for healthcare workers on the front lines. Dolores was able to provide 100 meals, 240 water bottles, face masks, and gloves in collaboration with Spartan Meal Preps, RX Water, and Dolce Aesthetics. She also works with The Kids For Kids Foundation’s Hamburgers for Heroes program and Oasis, a nonprofit organization providing groceries for impoverished mothers and children.

Kathy Hilton is involved with the Los Angeles Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), which advocates for abused and neglected children in the child welfare system. She became the first-ever CASA of LA Ambassador for her work and has said that the charity “is very special and near to my heart.” Kathy also raises funds and awareness for The Make a Wish Foundation, and received an award from the Starlight Children's Foundation for her philanthropic contributions.
7 Bethenny Frankel, The Real Housewives of New York
Bethenny Frankel founded BStrong, an organization aiding disaster victims with donations and supplies, including $300,000 for Hurricane Harvey and $150,000 for the Puebla earthquake. BStrong supported Hurricane Maria relief efforts by distributing supplies in Puerto Rico and delivered personal protective equipment to U.S. hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bethenny also has posed nude for a PETA billboard and supported Ukrainians through the BStrong foundation during the Russian invasion by raising over $100 million.

Lisa Vanderpump received the Ally Leadership Award from Equality California for her philanthropic work in support of LGBTQIA causes. She established The Hollman Family Foundation to assist local high schools with renovations. Teresa Giudice became involved with the NephCure Foundation after meeting Matthew, a boy who has kidney disease, and raised funds for the organization while on Celebrity Apprentice. Teresa said, "We raised $70,000 for NephCure on the show, but I'm in this for life. I will go anywhere at any time to raise awareness…I want to help find a cure for these two devastating kidney diseases that destroy kidneys, lives, and families in its path."
