Lisa Rinna is a name and a face we have seen for a long time over the years. She has appeared on our screens in Days Of Our Lives and as a staple on QVC selling her clothing line but it wasn't until she appeared as one of the Real Housewives on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills that she was really propelled into international stardom. Not only can Lisa act, appearing on shows from Melrose Place to Entourage, but she has also appeared on Broadway as Roxie Hart in Chicago as well as modeling for various campaigns and has written books. Not to mention she has her own clothing and cosmetics line. Lisa is nothing if not driven and ambitious or as she describes herself, 'a hustler.'
9 She Has International Roots
Lisa was born in Newport Beach, California, and then moved to Oregon where she grew up. She later moved back to California, this time to San Francisco, where she pursued a career as a model. However, she has more of a varied heritage than just California and the pacific northwest and owes her exotic looks to being of English, Italian and Portuguese descent.
8 She Has Appeared In Playboy
Lisa has appeared in Playboy magazine not once but twice. The first time, she was six months pregnant with her and Harry's first daughter, Delilah Belle. She did a pictorial and cover shoot. The second time was 11 years later, in 2009 where she was again the cover model for the magazine. In that time she barely seemed to have aged!
7 Lisa's Motto Is 'Never Say No'
Lisa is always working and has had a varied career due to her motto. She has appeared on several reality shows, including Dancing With The Stars, All-Stars Celebrity Apprentice, and Sing Your Face Off, and as a guest star on shows such as Hannah Montana, C.S.I., The Hogan Family, and Veronica Mars. She has also guest-hosted Live With Regis And Kelly.
6 She Was A Talk Show Host
We all know Lisa likes to talk and is not afraid of expressing her opinions. This made her the ideal choice to host her own show. From 2002-2006, she hosted Soaptalk on Soapnet, a daily lifestyle show. The show was a hit and Lisa received four Daytime Emmy Award nominations for her hosting skills.
5 Lisa And Harry Had Their Own Show
Lisa and Harry seem to have a great marriage and have been together for over two decades. In 2010, they had their very own reality show Harry Loves Lisa (their version of Ice Loves Coco?) which ran for six episodes and showed them at home and all aspects of their family life. Ten years on, they still seem as loved up as ever.
4 She Is A Commercial Queen
Lisa has appeared in countless TV commercials. and print campaigns. In 2008, she appeared in M&M's "There's an M&M in everyone" campaign with Joey Fatone. She has also appeared in commercials for Taco Bell, Depend, and Winsor Pilates. Added to that, an infomercial for an abdominal muscle toner called The Flex Belt with Adrienne Curry and none other than Denise Richards.
3 She Loves Fashion
Lisa can rock the casual look in bandana and sweat pants as easily as she can the uber-glam look she wears at red carpet events. Many don't know she and Harry also had their own clothing boutique over ten years ago in Sherman Oaks, California. It was named 'Belle Gray', after their daughters' second names, but had to close due to the couple's other commitments. Lisa also has her own clothing line for QVC, 'The Lisa Rinna Collection,' which has been a success.
2 Lisa 'Owns It' When It Comes To Surgery And Procedures
Let's face it, with lips as voluptuous as Lisa's she kind of had to 'own it' as far as having some help to achieve that plump pout. However, she has not been shy to cop to other procedures too, including breast enhancement and the use of Botox and fillers such as Juvederm, although she claimed that having the latter was a mistake.
1 She Donates To Charity
In 2019, Lisa set up an activewear line collaboration with retailer Goldsheep. Proceeds of the sales from the collection go towards The Trevor Project, an organization that benefits LGBT youth, providing them with crisis and suicide prevention support. This is a cause close to Lisa's heart.
