However, less than two years later, Memphis Garrett filed for divorce. "irreconcilable differences" was cited as the reason, while Garrett requested no alimony for Abbott given her employed salary. Garrett briefly discussed the separation, claiming he did not want to file for divorce, and tried everything possible to make things work. Abbott said in a statement that the situation was personal and sensitive, wishing to keep things private. Since the split, Garrett changed his lifestyle, losing 35-pounds.

The final two from Big Brother are still very much on good terms. To start off 2024, Matt posted a photo alongside Jag, showing the two at a Midway event. Fans will be pleased to know that there weren't any hard feelings between the two, despite the fact that they were up against each other in the finale. It remains to be seen if the duo will be used during the current Big Brother 26 season.

Cirie Fields is a legend in the reality TV competition space. However, fans were shocked to see Cirie vote against the obvious best player of season 25, Jag. There wasn't much clarity on why she voted that way until months after the show wrapped. Speaking with Julie Chen, Cirie revealed she was an advocate for Jag. However, during the final two weeks, the former Survivor player changed her stance on Jag given that his arrogance was growing in the house, and was especially true during his speech on finale night. So a change in his attitude caused Cirie to vote for Matt, but in didn't matter in the end as Jag easily took home the home.
