Nicole Young Isn't New To The Oppenheim Group

Young may be new to Selling Sunset, but she's "the longest-standing and top-producing realtor at the brokerage with $100M in sales," per Deadline. The Minnesota native went to Baylor University in Texas and moved to Los Angeles in 2007. According to her company profile, she's "always a loyal and fierce advocate of her clients' best interests" with an "extraordinary ability to negotiate and come up with creative solutions in order to execute any deal." She's also said to be "known for her unwavering integrity and candor" so she's always confident in her business decisions and "is always looking two steps ahead and considering the long-term financial payoff for her clients."

Speaking to Us Weekly about joining season 6, Young promised to bring more real estate into the show. "I am definitely going to be bringing a lot of real estate to the table, which I'm very excited about," she shared, "not just the properties, but my clients and the relationships I have with them because at the end of the day, relationships are the most important aspect of real estate."

Though she knows she can't avoid the drama, Young said that she's "not too worried" about getting caught into it. "As far as drama goes, I fully realize that's a large and unavoidable aspect of the show, but I have pretty thick skin," she explained. "I'm not easily offended and I have no qualms about voicing my opinion, so I'm not too worried. I'm really excited for fans to see all aspects of my life, both personally and professionally. It's going to be a fun, wild ride and I'm here for all of it!!!"

She went on to share some challenges in their marriage and how they've overcome them together. "I am so proud to call you my husband and so grateful to have you by my side through thick and thin," she said.
