Most of the time when Shayne Jansen was onscreen during episodes of Love Is Blind, he comes across as a very likable dude with the enthusiasm of a puppy. On top of that, when Shayne would exhibit his vulnerable side when Natalie’s jokes stung him too deeply, the man who seems like the long-lost son of Gary Busey could be quite likable. However, when Shayne seemed open to another one of Love Is Blind’s star’s advances, that painted him in an extremely negative light. On top of that, when Shayne broke Natalie’s heart the night before their wedding, what he said to her upset many viewers. Finally, with Natalie denying Shayne’s post-show allegations against her, many Love Is Blind viewers have turned their backs on him.

During Love Is Blind’s first season, Damian could be seen trying to build a relationship with Giannina Gibelli. Sadly, even though the two seemed to genuinely care about each other, their communication skills were lacking which consistently drove a wedge between them. As a result, when Damian opted not to marry Giannina, many viewers understood his decision even as they understood his motives. However, the world’s perception of Damian completely changed when he brought Francesca Farago to a Love Is Blind celebration and seemed to rub her in Giannina’s face. In fact, Damian seemed so callous in that special that he became one of the show’s most hated stars. On top of that, Damian seemed so different from before that some viewers began to question if Love Is Blind is fake.

During the second season of Love Is Blind, viewers saw Shaina Hurley accept Kyle Abrams’ proposal to the astonishment of many. Recently rejected by Shayne Jansen at the time, a lot of people suspected that Shaina became engaged only to save face and remain a part of the show. Considering that Shaina seemed to be looking for a way out from the moment she became engaged, a lot of people felt like she was playing with Kyle’s emotions. While it is perfectly understandable that Shaina concluded that Kyle wasn’t the man for her based on their beliefs, she never should have accepted his proposal if that is the case. On the other hand, when simply looking at her conduct during her Love Is Blind tenure, Jessica easily is one of the show’s most despised stars. Throughout the second season of Love Is Blind, fans watched Abhishek 'Shake' Chatt and Deepti Vempati’s short time together. Notably vain and superficial from the moment he went in the pods, from time to time it would seem like Shake finally got his priorities right. However, anytime Shake briefly seemed sincere or fans would relate to him as he expressed his own insecurities, he would change back to being shallow the next moment. Given the fact that Shake was involved with the gorgeous Deepti, he should have thanked his lucky stars. Thankfully, however, Deepti eventually realized she deserves better than Shake and left him at the altar. Instead of reflecting on his behavior and changing for the better after that, Shake somehow got worse. After all, Shake seemingly tried his hardest to upset people during the reunion. Hopefully, Shake treats his new girlfriend better.
