According to The New York Post, Yolanda Hadid wrote about Lyme disease in her memoir "Believe Me," which was published in 2017. She detailed the various ways that she tried to get better, and it went beyond antibiotics.

As The New York Post explained, Yolanda took magic mushrooms on a trip to Bali and colonics several times a week.

The New York Post calculated that it's possible that Hadid paid over $150,000 for treatment. Yolanda told The New York Post:

“I never kept a tally and I didn’t count it, but I can tell you that it’s a lot. People spend their life savings on finding a cure, and there is no cure.”

Since The New York Post made this calculation in 2017, it seems likely that Yolanda Hadid has paid at least half a million dollars for her Lyme disease battle. Since she was diagnosed in 2012, at the time of this writing she has spent over a decade working on her health.
