Project Runway 21 Returns, But Is The Show Already Dead?

I've watched every season and I do feel that some of the judges showed favoritism. I feel that once one has lost they should not return, and they shouldn't have another chance to get it right before going to the runway such as if their zipper broke to bad it's not fair to the ones who did get it right the first time.
