While Andy Cohen's feuds with some of the former and current Housewives in the Real Housewives franchise are said to be real, fans are still curious if they're enhanced for entertainment purposes. According to E!, Andy has conflicts with Carole Radziwill, NeNe Leakes, Kelly Dodd, and even Bethenny Frankel. However, Andy is a talented producer and knows his shows are fueled by conflict. Bombas has sold well over $225 million worth of products since its groundbreaking deal on Shark Tank. While it's impossible to know how much shark Daymond John made from his deal, there's no doubt that he too has benefited. At the time of this writing, Bombas is considered the most financially successful product to come from Shark Tank. Denise Richards easily became the most famous cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when she joined in 2019. Mostly because of her film, television, and modeling career. This may have put her at odds with the likes of Lisa Rinna who is mostly famous for her reality show career. Richards left Real Housewives after just two seasons, although she briefly returned for the 2023-2024 season. Could the feuds that seemingly lead to her exit be due to the other cast members being threatened by her star power?

The question of whether Survivor is real or fake has permeated the fandom since the first season premiered in 2000. While elements of the show appear to be authentic, others are absolutely scripted. However, the issue of producers attempting to manipulate contestants through various questions is a bit of a gray area. In an interview with "Behind The Velvet Curtain", contestant Parvati Shallow claimed that Survivor producers would ask contestants questions that could boost their ego, spark feuds, or hurt their confidence, ultimately manipulating them to perform differently in the competition.
